Priced at 199 SAR per person, the exclusive Eid menu is available daily from 12 PM to 4 PM during the holiday. Drawing inspiration from the culinary traditions of Eid Al-Adha, the menu centers around premium beef dishes presented through Chotto Matte’s signature Nikkei lens.
Guests begin their experience with a refreshing Chotto Summer Salad featuring watermelon, goat cheese, and amarillo-pomegranate dressing, an invigorating seasonal start. The first course continues with a trio of gourmet appetizers including the Short Rib Tostada with smoked garlic mayo and pickled apple, the indulgent Wagyu Foie Gras Maki with shrimp tempura and pomegranate molasses, and the Wagyu Beef Spring Roll offering a bold and flavorful bite.
