Bloom Holding, a master developer committed to curating premium communities that provide a high standard of living, has achieved Great Place to Work Certification™, a globally recognised distinction based on employees’ experience of the organisation and its workplace culture.
The achievement reflects Bloom Holding’s commitment to fostering a workplace grounded in trust, shared purpose, accountability and collaboration, where employees are empowered to take ownership and strengthen their capabilities. This approach is supported by continued investment in employee development and wellbeing, including learning and leadership programmes, mentoring and cross-functional opportunities. Bloom Holding also places a particular focus on developing Emirati talent through internships, graduate placements and long-term career opportunities, alongside initiatives that promote wellbeing, inclusion and open dialogue.
Carlos Wakim, CEO of Bloom Holding, said: “What makes this achievement particularly meaningful is that it is based on the voices of our employees. It reflects the trust, pride and collaborative culture we have built across Bloom, and recognises the collective contribution of our teams across the organisation. Our ability to deliver ambitious projects, grow our business and create long-term value depends on fostering an environment where people are empowered to develop their capabilities and contribute to a shared purpose. This certification marks an important milestone for Bloom Holding, while reinforcing our commitment to continue listening, learning and evolving our workplace as we enter our next phase of growth.”
The certification comes as Bloom Holding continues to grow and diversify its portfolio across real estate, education, hospitality, healthcare, retail, facilities management and landscaping. As the company expands, a strong employee experience remains fundamental to sustaining growth and delivering quality and long-term value across its businesses and communities.
Great Place to Work Certification™ is an employee-validated workplace recognition based on the Trust Index™ employee survey and Culture Brief questionnaire, providing an assessment of employees’ workplace experience and organisational culture.
