The Group’s headquarters, operations and investments remain in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and there are no plans to change this. Founded in the Kingdom in 1936, the Group has grown alongside the nation for eight decades and continues to invest in its future, in line with the ambitions of Saudi Vision 2030.
No statement on this matter has been made by the Chairman, Mr. Khaled Ahmed Juffali, or by any authorised representative of the Group. Any remarks attributed to him are fabricated.
The Group reserves its right to take legal action against any party that deliberately publishes false information about it, and invites media outlets to refer to its official channels for verified information
