The agreement establishes a framework for a joint venture that aims to accelerate the development of next-generation digital solutions and managed technology services, helping shape the future of hospitality, smart cities and connected industries in Saudi Arabia and international markets.
The collaboration will combine RSG’s expertise in destination development, hospitality and infrastructure with NTT DATA’s strengths in AI, systems integration and digital transformation, by leveraging Physical AI, IoT, digital twins, private 5G and industry cloud platforms.
