Chang’s, the original creator of the iconic Dynamite sauce, has unveiled The Dynamite Menu across its restaurants in the GCC, available for a limited time from 4 May 2026. Featuring seven bold, Asia-inspired dishes and two new beverages, the menu places the brand’s signature sauce at its center, giving diners across the region the chance to experience the original flavor that sparked a global dining phenomenon, with exclusive savings available for AURA members.
The Dynamite Menu is a pan-Asian journey anchored by one unmistakable sauce – bold, creamy, and distinctly P.F. Chang’s. Highlights include the Dynamite Paneer, a creamy, spice-forward vegetarian dish; Shogun Tuna Tacos, blending Japanese, Thai, and Mexican influences; and Onigiri Rice Bombs, crispy nori-coated bites filled with tuna, avocado, and pickled cabbage. The Scorching Baos offer a fiery take on a street food favorite with tender chicken or beef, while the Firecracker Bites deliver a crisp, cheesy finish with a spicy kick.
Complementing the menu are two refreshing beverages designed to balance the heat. The Watermelon Quencher, served by the carafe and built for sharing, blends fresh watermelon, zesty lemon, and a hint of sweetness into something light, cooling, and effortlessly refreshing. The Cucumber and Lime Zest Refresher pairs fresh cucumber juice, lime, and mint into a crisp, icy cooler that holds its own against even the most fiery bites on the plate.
