This award recognises the company’s exceptional performance and significant contribution to Nissan’s growth and excellence during the 2024 fiscal year (April 2024 – March 2025).
During a high-profile ceremony held at Nissan’s Global Headquarters in Yokohama, the award was presented by Ivan Espinosa, President and Chief Executive Officer, Nissan Motor Corporation, to Irfan Tansel, Chief Executive Officer, Al Masaood Automobiles, in the presence of Humaid Al Masaood, Director, Al Masaood Group – representing H.E. Masaood Ahmed Al Masaood, President of Al Masaood Group of companies; Guillaume Cartier, Global Chief Performance Officer, Nissan Motor Corporation; Thierry Sabbagh, DVP, President – Middle East, KSA & CIS, Nissan & INFINITI; and senior executives from both organisations.
Subsequently in Abu Dhabi, the accolade was presented by Thierry Sabbagh, DVP, President – Middle East, KSA & CIS, Nissan & INFINITI to H.E. Masaood Ahmed Al Masaood, President of Al Masaood Group of Companies, in the presence of H.E. Tariq Al Masaood, Director, Al Masaood Group; Irfan Tansel, Chief Executive Officer, Al Masaood Automobiles; along with senior executives from Nissan and Al Masaood Automobiles.
Nissan Global Award is an annual programme that recognises the highest performing dealers worldwide. The Award for the National Sales Companies (NSCs) is presented to those with outstanding achievements selected from two different groups categorized by market size. Winners are evaluated for their performance and achievements across key functions, including Sales, Aftersales, Marketing, Customer Quality (CQ) and Dealer Network Development (DND). Al Masaood Automobiles has once again demonstrated its industry-leading performance, surpassing targets in each of these critical areas, and reinforcing its reputation for delivering outstanding customer satisfaction and business success in the region.
