Since its launch in 2019, Samsung has remained steadfast in promoting gender inclusivity within the Samsung Innovation Campus — ensuring that Saudi women consistently represent no less than 40% of participants, and in some cohorts, up to 60%. The environment is friendly and motivating, I look forward to each session. It feels like a space where I can grow confidently without fear of being judged.
