This major achievement underscores Osool’s commitment to environmental sustainability and aligns with Saudi Arabia’s national agenda to reduce carbon emissions as part of Saudi Vision 2030.
LEED certification, developed by the U.S. Green Building Council, is the world’s most widely used green building rating system. It provides a comprehensive framework for designing buildings that are energy-efficient, cost-effective, and environmentally responsible.
Among Osool’s awarded projects, Granada Business received the LEED Platinum Certification, placing it among the highest-performing green buildings worldwide.
