Jeddah, Saudi Arabia \u2013 November 2026: Mohamed Yousuf Naghi Motors (MYNM), Jaguar Land Rover Saudi Arabia, has announced that its Heraa Service Centre in Jeddah has secured first place in JLR’s regional aftersales performance ranking, receiving the “Best Performance Retailer H1, 2026” recognition from the JLR regional office. The result places the centre at the top of the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) ranking and recognises the team’s performance in delivering aftersales services and supporting clients throughout the vehicle ownership journey.
\nThe ranking evaluates retailers using Net Promoter Score (NPS), a measure of clients’ willingness to recommend a service, alongside a series of client experience and operational performance indicators. These include repurchase intention; the time taken for vehicles to be attended to; clarity of explanations provided about service work; vehicle cleanliness and condition; and whether work is completed correctly the first time. Assessments also cover value for money, understanding clients’ transportation needs and service response rates, reflecting the different touchpoints that shape the aftersales experience.
\nOperational indicators also form part of the assessment, including NPS performance among service advisers, parts-order performance against targets and the completion of service campaigns. The assessment combines client feedback and operational measures, covering both the quality of the service experience and the processes that support consistent delivery.
