Progress Reflecting Efficiency
The project completed 100% of the piling and foundation work two months ahead of schedule, indicating efficient execution and an accelerated construction pace.
Foundation work has already commenced, paving the way for the next phases of development and aligning with the approved timeline for project delivery in 2029.

Miraf District relies on partnerships with several specialized international entities. The global firm Gensler is responsible for the project’s design, adhering to the latest urban planning principles.
